Instances in which information may be collected online: If you e-mail us or fill out an online form requesting information or materials from our organization; If you order Outline Bible Resources by completing the secure checkout process; If you subscribe to an online subscription such as New Product Release alerts or email newsletters; If you make an online donation to Leadership Ministries Worldwide.

The online information we collect from you, depending on the information you provide, may include your name, address, city, state, zip, telephone number(s), email address, and when ordering products online, a credit card number and expiration date.

In order to improve our products and online services, we may also at times ask you to provide voluntary information such as church affiliation, denomination, church size, product testimonials, product feedback, contact preferences, site suggestions, or demographical information.

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
The information you provide is used to benefit your involvement with our organization and ministry, by: Enabling you to complete an online transaction; Updating you on new product releases, ministry information and missions opportunities; Providing you an income tax receipt for donations.

Credit card numbers are used only for processing payments for items you may order. We also provide you the opportunity to remove your name from our mailing list (please review the corresponding section of this privacy policy below).

HOW WE PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION
Leadership Ministries Worldwide makes every effort to secure the information you provide us. To prevent unauthorized access, maintain accuracy of data, and ensure proper use of information, we have implemented appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to secure the information we collect online.

This website uses Internet Encryption Software and Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Protocol when collecting or transferring sensitive data such as credit card information. All transfer of personal information, including use of our secure checkout process, is via an RSA encrypted 256-bit SSL certificate.

Payment information is not stored in the session but is directly transmitted to the server via the encrypted certificate. Any information you enter is encrypted at your browser, sent over the public Internet in encrypted form, then de-encrypted at our server. Once your credit card information is received, it is accessible only to a small number of trusted staff who are specially trained in processing this information.

Leadership Ministries Worldwide never sells, rents, or leases your personal information to other organizations. We do, however, occasionally allow our ministry partner, WORDsearch, use of names to inform of special offers on software products similar to those sold by Leadership Ministries Worldwide. Your identity is kept strictly confidential. Use of information is limited to use by Leadership Ministries Worldwide and WORDsearch authorized staff and serves only to keep you informed of products we offer.

HOW COOKIES ARE USED
Our website places a “session cookie” on your computer. It is not stored on your computer's hard drive permanently, but removed once your browsing session is over.
